About The Role

Key Responsibilities
Conduct scheduled and reactive electrical maintenance on lifting equipment, including mobile cranes, hoists, and winchesDiagnose electrical faults using test gear, schematics, and control system softwareReplace parts, perform wiring repairs, and upgrade control systemsWork with mechanical teams to coordinate machine servicing and inspectionsMaintain accurate records of service reports, testing results, and compliance dataProactively identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtimeEnsure adherence to workplace health, safety, and environmental standards
About You
Qualified Electrician with current WA electrical license (A-class)Demonstrated experience performing maintenance or fault finding in heavy machinery or lifting equipmentStrong diagnostic skills: able to interpret wiring diagrams, PLC logic, and control systemsComfortable working at heights and able to obtain or hold relevant safety tickets (e.g., Working at Heights, EWP)Effective communicator who can work independently and collaborate with mechanical and operational teamsProactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and best outcomes for safety and uptime
