Mindarie Keys Chiropractic & Wellness Centre is looking for an exceptional Chiropractic Assistant to become an integral part of our team.
At Mindarie Keys Chiropractic and Wellness Centre, we do things differently.
Our practice has over 50 years combined Chiropractic experience and is built on a deep commitment to our patients.
As part of our Reception Team, you are the first face and point of contact in our patient’s journey. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on connection, loves to talk a lot, and has an eye for detail and enjoys working within a fast paced environment.
Your key responsibilities will include:

Patient Connection & Engagement: Build strong, genuine rapport with our community. Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism and support them through their care journey.

Administration Management: Use our patient management system to schedule appointments, manage bookings, practitioner availability, and maintain accurate patient records with discretion and efficiency.

Invoice & Payment Processing: Confidently manage EFTPOS, HICAPS, PRODA and other payment systems with accuracy and integrity.

Communication: Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and courteous approach in both phone interactions and email correspondence.

Practice Ambience: Help maintain a clean, welcoming family environment. From music and lighting to tidy surfaces and a warm atmosphere - your presence sets the tone.

Doctor Support & Flow: Be a reliable, proactive team member who offers unwavering support to our Doctors and helps deliver exceptional patient care.

Create a positive patient experience: Go the extra mile - whether that’s knowing a patient’s name, offering a tea, or creating a positive ripple with every interaction.
What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience within a customer service role

Genuine passion for holistic health and wellbeing

Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Possibly looking for someone who gets told they talk too much!)

Must be available to work (with some flexibility and ability to cover leave when required):
Mondays: 9:00AM - 1:00PM & 3:00PM - 7:00PM
Tuesdays: 9:00AM - 1:00PM
Thursdays: 9:00AM - 1:00PM & 3:00PM - 7:00PM
