As an Assistant Educator , you’ll help shape vibrant, safe, and engaging learning environments where children feel welcomed and inspired. You’ll build strong, supportive relationships with children, families, and your team, contributing to a positive and collaborative workplace.
Our Lead Educators take on a mentoring role, working closely with the Leadership Team and guiding Assistant Educators to deliver rich, meaningful programs that support every child’s growth and development. You’ll also be responsible for documenting children’s learning, routines, and interests while ensuring daily practices meet all compliance requirements.

What you’ll need:
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care
- Strong knowledge & understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards and Play-based Child-led pedagogy
- Current Working with Children Check
- Excellent communication & leadership skills
- Experience with Storypark is a bonus
- First Aid and CPR certificates including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
