SUMMARY OF THE ROLE:
The Role
Join our team as a Senior Supervisor overseeing our projects and special devices work for our Port Hedland Depot working on some amazing projects throughout Australia.
Being based from the Port Hedland Depot, you will working at a range of sites and projects across the Pilbara. As a Supervisor, you will be at the forefront of projects and operations with the duty of overseeing and project execution is in accordance with local regulations. You will ensure all duties are conducted in a safe and efficient manner whilst also ensuring a high standard of delivery and safety to our clients and employees.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
What you'll be doing
-
Executing and overseeing mobilization and demobilization of equipment and personnel
-
General people management
-
Supervision of the job/project progress
-
Ensuring all work is carried out safely and effectively and in accordance with site/project requirements
What you'll need
-
5 years Supervising experience in heavy lift and transportation operations, preferably within the mining/construction industry
-
Valid Australian driver's license - Essential
-
Section 44 Certificate or equivalent S26 – Desirable
-
Crane Operator (CO) and/or Riggers ticket (RI/RA) - Highly Desirable

To be a confident and motivated leader

Excellent communication and management skills

To be adaptable and have flexibility in working schedule
