Job Description
As the Veterinary Director, you will:

Lead and mentor a team of veterinarians and support staff, fostering a positive and collaborative clinic culture.

Oversee clinical operations, ensuring the highest standards of patient care.

Engage with clients, building strong relationships and ensuring exceptional service.

Collaborate with the broader Greencross network to implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor of Veterinary Science (BVSc) or equivalent, and registration to practice in Western Australia.

Proven experience in a veterinary leadership role or a strong desire to step into leadership.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Commitment to ongoing professional development and team growth.
