Your role at St John of God Ballarat Hospital The Enrolled Nurse as a member of the nursing team participates in the planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care, they are responsible for providing quality patient care and customer service. The Position- Practice in accordance with the Nurses and Midwives Board of Australia.
- In a spirit of hospitality and compassion, observe, record and report to a registered nurse specific and general physical and mental conditions of patients, and symptoms and signs which may be indicative of changeUndertake to know the nursing and medical history of allocated patients.
- Under supervision of a Registered Nurse, deliver nursing care to allocated patients.
- Document patients' care and progress according to hospital policies and standards.
- Report information regarding patients to appropriate personnel.
- Escort patients, maintaining safety at all times, to and from the ward as directed.
- Attend all mandatory and recommended OHS training as scheduled by Group Services.
- Salary: $63575 to $70677 per annum, plus 11% superannuation
- It is a Casual Role .
- Applicants must be available to work a rotating shift roster of AM, PM, from Monday to Sunday.
