The Role:
TIG Freight Management are seeking an awesome Office Coordinator who has interest in developing their HR admin skills, in the role of Team Coordinator!
This is a permanent position on a full time basis - hours are business hours Monday to Friday onsite (38 hours per week, start and finish times are flexible depending on the successful candidate and business needs).
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will have the opportunity for mentorship to advance your career whilst receiving expert support and guidance.
Planning and coordinating social events and team/wellbeing initiatives will be a breeze, and our state offices will love that you take care of orders and supplies to keep them running smoothly and efficiently.
You'll be based at Hawthorn HQ and will support our office, as well as smaller teams across QLD, NSW and SA.
What You'll Bring:
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent customer service ethic and attention to detail
- Experience in planning and coordinating social and team events
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Resilience, a hands-on approach and ability to manage conflicting priorities
- HR Coordinator/Admin skills and a learning mindset to progress into a more operational HR role.
What You'll Do:
- You'll ensure our offices run smoothly and be hands on with planning events
- You'll make sure our teams have adequate supplies
- You'll be the 'go-to' for maintenance requests for our offices and ensuring equipment is in great working order
- You'll take care of catering and make sure we are all well fed!
- You'll support me, the Group's HR Manager in admin related work and gain great exposure to office management and HR in a semi-corporate environment.
- You'll support our CEO and GM in their customer requests, and ensure our customers are welcomed into our workspaces when onsite for meetings.
Experience level:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an HR Administrator/Coordinator role
- Experience in office coordination/admin support
- Social / team events coordination experience would be great!
