As a result of company growth and an exciting period of transformation, a fantastic opportunity has become available for a Accounts Payable Officer who is looking to grow their career and experience, to join a collaborative team immediately, on a long term basis. This is a part time role, 3 days per week.
About the Role:
Reporting directly into the Accounts Payable Manager and working among a supportive team environment, you will be responsible for but not limited to the following duties;
- Processing a medium volume of invoices
- Account & Statement reconciliations
- Dealing with supplier queries and concerns
- Managing the Accounts Payable inbox
- Reporting
- Ad hoc accounts and administrative duties
- Assisting the finance team
About You:
The successful applicant will have the following skills and attributes:
- Prior experience within a similar accounts or purchasing role
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- A keen desire to provide support in a team environment and willingness to learn
- Customer service focused with enthusiasm and a positive working approach
- Strong time management skills and a keen eye for detail
