Description:

A rare opportunity for a senior security leader to shape and drive enterprise-wide security strategy, governance and risk management across a complex, high-impact environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and lead the organisation's security strategy and roadmap

Oversee governance, compliance and privacy frameworks

Lead security risk identification, assessment, monitoring and reporting

Drive operational efficiencies across security functions, including budget and resourcing

Establish meaningful security metrics and communicate posture to executive stakeholders

Build a high-performing, collaborative security leadership team

About You

You bring proven experience in a senior security leadership role, with strengths in strategy, governance, risk and privacy. You also offer:

A track record in leading cross-functional security programs and compliance initiatives

Expertise in cyber risk quantification

Knowledge of Australian security and privacy

Strong business acumen and the ability to take a risk-based approach

Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and leadership skills

Australian citizenship and the ability to obtain NV1 clearance.
