WHAT IS 360 BALANCE?
360 Balance is a new way of working at National 360. Developed to support working parents and those who feel they’d benefit from this type of schedule, 360 Balance enables team members to work full time during the school term with 12 weeks of paid leave annually, aligned with school holidays.

ABOUT THE ROLE
National 360’s Brisbane North team is seeking a passionate Senior Occupational Therapist . In this rewarding role, you’ll lead the delivery of high-quality, community-based care, empower clients through your clinical expertise, and mentor emerging therapists. A typical day at National 360 may involve:
  • Supporting clients in the community, in their home, in one of our clinic spaces or via telehealth.
  • Providing support to early career therapists.
  • Preparing for appointments, writing reports, and completing case notes.
  • Spending time with your colleagues, attending team meetings or checking in with your Team Leader.
  • Engaging in professional development via mentoring, supervision, or self-directed learning on our online LMS.
  • Collaborating with your multidisciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, Early Childhood Practitioners and Positive Behaviour Support Therapists, all dedicated to making a real impact.

ABOUT YOU
You’re a qualified Occupational Therapist who enjoys working both independently and as part of a supportive team. You might have a special interest in paediatrics or mental health or have preference for a generalist caseload. You’re organised, a good communicator, and genuinely care about helping people reach their goals. If you meet the following criteria, we would love to hear from you!
  • You hold a relevant Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and AHPRA registration.
  • You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in community, private or acute settings.
  • You have access to your own vehicle and hold a current driver’s licence.
  • You have or are willing to obtain a NDIS Workers Check and Working with children check.
