My client has already had a successful start to 2025 and gearing up for a busier end to 2025 and beyond with work secured until 2029 and beyond. They are now hiring an experienced Site Manager for their flagship project south of Brisbane.
They operate across a range of delivering methods, with D&C being a big focus they are looking for someone with proven experience within the commercial and residential construction industries.
Ideal traits the successful candidate will have:
- 7 - 10 + years of experience in the role
- Leadership - enjoys mentoring and teaching others.
- Excellent ability to build rapport with others.
- Strong past tenure with employers.

With a strong pipeline of work already under construction and due to company growth, they are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join the team in their Brisbane office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is a leader, self-motivated, confident, honest, reliable, and looking to grow their career to step into this role.
Your Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management & Economics, Quantity Surveying or equivalent are preferred
- Excellent communication & relationship building skills with various stakeholders (clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors etc.)
- Local experience and relationships with consultants and subcontractors
- Ideally 5-10 years + industry experience running your own projects between $30m - $100m+
