Client Details

We are seeking a Japanese Speaking Administration Assistant for our client. You will be mainly responsible supporting sales and administration duties.

Description

Your main responsibility includes:

  • Prepare and gather information
  • Provide support in sales process (i.e. create sales quotation)
  • Provide customer service
  • Provide analysis, planning and reporting to head office in Japan
  • Work closely with various internal and external stakeholders
  • Other ad-hoc duties

Profile

In order to be considered for this role you will have the following key attributes, skills and strengths:

  • Must be fluent in Japanese and native in English language skills
  • Experience in import/export trade and/or liaising with suppliers will be highly regarded
  • Attention to details
  • Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks at same time
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work within a team and flexibility to take on various duties
