The Opportunity
Council is seeking a driven, friendly, passionate and confident individual, to join our team as a Rural Services Trainee. You will gain hands-on experience while completing a Certificate III in Conservation and Land Management.

Position located in Dalby/Chinchilla/Miles or Tara
This Position is Full Time, Fixed Term (12 Months)
About Yourself
The successful applicant will have:
-
Ability to complete a Nationally Recognised Qualification (Certificate III in Conservation and Land Management) within 12 months;
-
Year 12 Certificate in Education or be able to demonstrate equivalent related experience;
-
Sound level of literacy and numeracy skills;
-
Ability to work independently and in a team environment to work towards and achieve team objectives; and
-
Ability to multi-task while maintaining high attention to detail.

Be 15 years or older

Be able to meet citizen, residency and Visa requirements to undertake an apprenticeship; and

Do not have a qualification that is equal to or higher than the qualification in the same field as your apprenticeship.
