Description:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure continued satisfaction and loyalty.
- Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and support for client needs.
- Identify opportunities for up selling and cross-selling to enhance client value and meet business goals.
- Monitor and report on customer metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer retention and engagement.
- Regularly visit client sites to strengthen relationships and understand their operational needs.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal policies in all customer interactions.
Requirements:
A successful Customer Success Relationship Manager should have:
- Experience in account management or client relationship roles within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- A results-oriented approach with a focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.
- Proficiency in analysing customer data to drive informed decision-making.
- A willingness to travel to client sites as required.
- A solid understanding of the industrial and manufacturing industry.
Conditions:
