The opportunity:
- 90 bed aged care facility located 15kms North East of Perth’s CBD, accredited until February 2026
- Clinical responsibility ensuring the facility delivers high quality care that is compliant with legislation
- Conduct audits and gap analysis to identify areas of continuous improvement for clinical care
- Design, introduce and support quality initiatives to ensure accreditation standards are surpassed
- Manage the clinical and care team, helping to create a cohesive culture where staff work as a team to achieve organisational goals and best outcomes for residents
- Develop genuine and productive relationships with residents and their families to provide an exceptional customer experience that exceeds their expectations

- Up to $130k + super + salary packaging
- Must have a degree as a Registered Nurse and registration with AHPRA
- Proven track record as a Clinical Manager in residential aged care
- A confident and compassionate manager who is able to implement continuous improvement initiatives, provide coaching and support staff through a period of culture change
- Experience with change management
- Good clinical knowledge, sound understanding of the aged are legislation and knowledge of what is required to meet the accreditation standards
