We’re looking for a dynamic and motivated Production Supervisor to lead the packing department at our Wetherill Park site. If you're passionate about operational excellence, food quality, and people development, this could be your next big opportunity!
About the Role
Reporting to the Production Coordinator, you'll play a hands on leadership role overseeing workflow, quality, and performance in the packing department. This includes:
- Monitoring finished products and ensuring packaging meets requirements
- Overseeing packaging machinery and labelling for warehouse readiness
- Identifying efficiency and process improvement opportunities
- Supporting operator training and development
- Coaching, mentoring, and motivating your team toward operational excellence

What We’re Looking For
We're after someone with strong leadership qualities and a proactive mindset. Ideally, you'll have:
- Experience in a similar leadership role (Team Leaders ready to step up are also encouraged to apply!)
- A background in food manufacturing (advantageous, but not essential)
- Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills
- The ability to lead and communicate with confidence across all levels
- Flexibility to meet changing production needs
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- A genuine focus on safety and continuous improvement
