Your New Role
We're looking for a reliable and tech-savvy IT Support professional to join our team on a casual basis, around three days a week. You'll be the first point of contact for IT support across the business, helping employees resolve technical issues, set up new devices, and maintain smooth day to day tech operations.
This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. Perfect for someone with IT support experience who's looking for flexibility, variety, and the chance to support a fast-paced, purpose-led business.
Your Day to Day
- Provide Level 1 IT support across devices, systems and networks
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Windows, macOS, Wi-Fi, printers, and POS
- Set up user accounts, devices, and permissions for new team members
- Maintain and track IT hardware and software inventory
- Assist with network infrastructure support (routers, switches, firewalls, etc.)
- Collaborate with P&C to deliver great IT onboarding and offboarding
- Keep documentation up to date for consistent and efficient troubleshooting
- Support IT projects, upgrades, and process improvements
- Help guide team members on best-practice tech use and security
- Prior experience in an IT support or helpdesk role
- Good troubleshooting knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common business tools
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Google Workspace and Office 365
- Understanding of networking basics - VPN, Wi-Fi, firewalls
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Comfortable managing IT assets and setting up user accounts
- Experience with NetSuite is a plus, but not essential
- A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to jump in where needed
