About the RoleAs Store Manager of this high-profile City location , you'll be responsible for:

Leading, mentoring and coaching a long-standing, high-performing team

Driving exceptional service standards with a strong clientelling focus

Managing store performance, budgets, and KPIs

Being a brand ambassador in-store - inspiring both team and clientele

Owning visual merchandising and store presentation

Collaborating closely with upper-level support and Area Leaders
-
Contributing to a store with big future plans: major refit, continued growth, and team development

Previous experience as a Store Manager in fashion retail - premium or luxury preferred

Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to exceed goals

A strong eye for styling, presentation, and customer engagement

Natural ability to connect with clients and build return trade

Confidence in reporting, business analysis and performance management

Ambition to grow - into dual-site or regional roles

$70,000 salary + Monthly Bonus Structure (earn up to $250/month)
