A leading innovator in medical technologies is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join their collaborative finance team on a short-term basis, with potential to extend.

About the Role
As the Accounts Receivable Officer, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and accurate management of debtor accounts. Your responsibilities will include:

• Allocating incoming payments with accuracy using remittances and invoice data
• Managing customer credit accounts, including order blocks/releases
• Investigating and resolving outstanding or unreconciled invoices
• Maintaining up-to-date customer credit histories
• Proactively communicating and escalating high-risk accounts
• Generating customer account statements and financial reports
• Supporting administrative and filing tasks within accounts receivable

What You Bring

• 2–4 years’ experience in Accounts Receivable and Credit Control
• Hands-on experience with SAP is essential
• Industry background in medical devices or healthcare is highly advantageous
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
• Full Working Rights Within Australia (Open to WHV if can work 3 months+)

Team Structure & Interview Process
You’ll report directly to the Finance Manager and Financial Controller, working closely with a small, focused finance team including Accounts Payable and two Accountants.
