Integration & Data Lead - Aged Care Sector
Are you passionate about shaping the future of data integration and governance? Do you want to play a hands-on technical role in transforming the aged care sector? MARS are looking for an Integration & Data Lead to join a team that's modernising technology from the ground up and making a real impact.
What you'll do:
- Lead the design and delivery of integration and data warehouse solutions, ensuring they meet business and reporting needs.

Build, manage, and optimise ETL processes for timely and accurate analytics.

Develop and troubleshoot complex SQL queries and stored procedures.

Implement secure, scalable integration solutions (API, ESB, iPaaS, point-to-point) to support a growing technology roadmap.

Maintain high standards for data quality, privacy, and compliance, with a strong focus on governance.

Collaborate with a range of stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners, to deliver successful projects.

Contribute to the introduction of new technical applications, influencing design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance.

Support greenfield projects and help build new solutions from scratch.
What we're looking for:

Aged care or health industry experience is a must-have requirement.

8+ years' experience in integration (API, ESB, iPaaS) and data warehousing (ETL, data modelling, data lake/mesh).

Strong SQL development skills, including performance optimisation.

Hands-on experience with system integration testing.

Experience in modernising tech environments, ideally in compliance-driven sectors.

A collaborative, proactive approach and the ability to "get into the weeds" when required.

Comfortable working closely with small teams and engaging with wider business units like change management.

Proven ability to work with external partners and vendors.

Familiarity with Azure Data Factory, Boomi, Informatica, or similar technologies is highly regarded.
