About The Team
In support of FY26 Tech Resilience outcomes, ASX will deliver the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and embed its use across key supporting processes. The Senior Tech Business Analyst is critical to success of this initiative. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project requirements and facilitate and coordinate of impact assessments across impacted processes.
Within the Technology, Infrastructure division, IT Service Management and Operations own, govern and oversee core ITSM/O process and controls across ASX. Critical to the forward roadmap and strategy for the team is the implementation of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) within the ServiceNow Platform, which will support the uplift to key supporting processes. You will be part of the core delivery team for this initiative, providing a structured approach to how scope and requirements are gathered, managed and delivered.
What You Will Be Doing

• Collaborate with project/program team members to refine, prioritise and manage backlogs.
• Liaise with assigned Subject Matter Experts for elicitation and analysis of detailed business and technical requirements across a range of functional and non-functional areas
• Manage and own the consultation process with impacted stakeholders from varying business lines, identifying and elaborating business processes required to enable the new platform
• Contribution to change management activities and preparation of training artefacts that would enable impacted stakeholders to apply the changes introduced by a delivered business requirement
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and mitigate program risks, assumptions and issues.
• Establishes requirements base-lines, obtains formal agreement to requirements, and ensures traceability to source.
  

What You Will Bring
Must have

• 8+ years dedicated business analysis experience.
• Able to engage and effectively collaborate with stakeholders across all levels within the organisation.
• Deep experience in gathering stakeholder needs and translating these to detailed requirements
• Demonstrated strong communication, facilitation, influencing, innovative and negotiation skills
• Experience working with Release Management, and Technical and Organisation Change and influencing user behaviour.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow, specifically ITSM, ALM (HAM, SAM), ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management), Business Continuity Management.
• Demonstrable delivery of CSDM initiatives
• Experience using Atlassian tool suite (JIRA. Agile and Confluence)
  

Nice to have

• Business Analysis Certification, e.g. IIBA CBAP
• Experience and growth mindset to help evolve business analysis practices while embracing contemporary practices to achieve delivery excellence.
• Financial services background with knowledge gained through industry experience
