Our Group Secretariat Subsidiaries team are dedicated people who provide corporate governance advice and secretariat services to the CBA Group’s (onshore and offshore) subsidiaries.
Working in this team, no two days are the same. You will provide secretariat services to one of Australia’s largest financial services organisations.
Do work that matters
Working closely with the Company Secretaries, you will play a key role in providing Board Coordinator support to the Boards and Committees of CBA’s onshore Subsidiaries.
Your responsibilities will include:

Coordinating Board and Committee meetings and related diary management and administration activities

Coordinating and collating Board and Committee papers for review by Company Secretaries and assisting with the distribution of documents to Directors via Diligent Boards
-
Assisting with the drafting of Board and Committee Agendas
-
Providing proactive and timely support to the Group Secretariat Subsidiaries team to ensure the smooth running of Board and Committee meetings for CBA’s Subsidiaries

General administration and project management support, as required, for CBA’s Subsidiaries
We're interested in hearing from people who have:

Established Board and Committee meetings experience

Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail is a must

Ability to prioritise deadlines and adhere to standard operating procedures

Ability to engage confidently with various stakeholders

Motivated team player with a personal commitment to exceptional service and collaboration across teams and offices

Experience using Diligent Boards or a similar product
-
An appreciation for confidential matters and discretion

Curiosity to learning new systems and collaborating with others
