The Role
We're seeking a seasoned Site Manager to oversee ~200 residential dwellings within a landmark high-rise build. This immediate opportunity positions you for future leadership across mixed-use and commercial construction initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Deliver $100M+ residential apartment development (~200 dwellings)
- Lead site operations, trades, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensure project targets are met across program, budget, quality, and safety
- Maintain effective communication across clients, investors, and delivery teams
- Proven Site Manager experience on $100M+ residential high-rise builds
- Trade and Construction Management qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and compliance expertise
- Knowledge of local market, strong relationships, and alignment with client values
