The Role

This is more than just a typical accounting role — you’ll be a key player supporting financial reporting functions, working closely with experienced property directors, and gaining direct exposure to senior leadership. Responsibilities:
  • Process supplier invoices and ensure accurate coding to the general ledger
  • Reconcile vendor statements and manage outstanding queries
  • Prepare and process weekly and monthly payment runs
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date AP ledgers
  • Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers to resolve invoice or payment discrepancie
  • Support senior management to ensure smooth day to day operations, which include matters relating to expenditure, client servicing, compliance and more.

Experience & Qualifications
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree majoring in accounting
  • Either be a graduate or have up to 1 years experience in an Accounting role
  • An interest in becoming a Chartered Accountant or a CPA
  • Excellent communication skills and an ability to communicate with all stakeholders
  • Attention to detail, strong analytical and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision
  • Experience working in a team environment
  • Self-starter attitude with high level of enthusiasm for the financial services sector.
