Responsibilities:
- Process supplier invoices and ensure accurate coding to the general ledger
- Reconcile vendor statements and manage outstanding queries
- Prepare and process weekly and monthly payment runs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date AP ledgers
- Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers to resolve invoice or payment discrepancie
- Support senior management to ensure smooth day to day operations, which include matters relating to expenditure, client servicing, compliance and more.
Experience & Qualifications
- Hold a bachelor’s degree majoring in accounting
- Either be a graduate or have up to 1 years experience in an Accounting role
- An interest in becoming a Chartered Accountant or a CPA
- Excellent communication skills and an ability to communicate with all stakeholders
- Attention to detail, strong analytical and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Experience working in a team environment
- Self-starter attitude with high level of enthusiasm for the financial services sector.
