Description:
We’re seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support the delivery of complex, national-scale infrastructure and network modernisation programs. This is a key opportunity to work at the heart of a major program supporting safety-critical systems, where cross-functional delivery, precision coordination, and stakeholder engagement are essential.
As the Project Coordinator, you’ll work alongside senior Project and Program Managers to ensure high-quality support across program planning, governance, financial tracking, documentation control, and delivery coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day project coordination, including communications, forums, stakeholder workshops, and project control register management.
- Support governance and reporting cycles, including alignment with internal assurance and finance functions.
- Lead the management of project information and documentation processes, including registers, templates, and communications.
- Coordinate across geographically diverse technical teams, vendors, and deployment personnel to maintain delivery schedules.
- Monitor site activity, safety documentation, civil works, installation timelines, and technical approvals.
- Support onboarding/offboarding processes, schedule management, team logistics, procurement, and contractor engagement.
- Develop and distribute weekly updates, dashboards, and reporting artefacts across multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
- Ensure alignment with compliance and environmental control requirements in coordination with internal assurance teams.
Ideal Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience supporting complex programs or infrastructure delivery projects.
- Experience supporting projects related to network modernisation, ICT transition, or large-scale infrastructure delivery.
- Strong coordination and documentation skills with proven ability to manage multiple moving parts in a high-pressure environment.
- Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams and geographically dispersed stakeholders.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and confidence in handling technical documentation, registers, and project artefacts.

- Understanding of project delivery frameworks and methodologies.
- Experience working in secure or regulated environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
