About The Role
As part of the Web and Digital Production (WDP) team, there will be opportunities for growth and to expand your skills as we also provide web design, technical development, online course development and digital media services. We encourage innovation and creativity and believe in providing our team members with the resources they need to flourish in their roles. You will work closely with corporate business units and schools to enhance their web presence, achieve their web content goals, and reach their target audience.
Two Positions Are Available
1 x permanent full-time position
1 x temporary full-time position until 31st October, 2026.
Responsibilities Include
As a Web Officer you will:
- Create web content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to guidelines.
- Provide advice and guidance on content updates and associated requirements.
- Provide support to clients creating their own content.
- Liaise with multiple teams to enable the smooth and efficient completion of content updates.
- Build positive relationships with internal and external clients to ensure quality outcomes.
- Contribute to the development of a positive team culture.
To excel in this role, it would be highly desirable to possess the following skills and experience:
- A background in web content, and a good understanding of HTML.
- Experience with content management, content management systems, and web governance.
- Ability to ensure web content meets industry standards and guidelines relating to best practice.
- Experience with SharePoint (on-prem) and SharePoint Online.
- Excellent organisational skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow multiple processes.
