Bodd’s hardware units are manufactured right here in Melbourne with Bosch and associated software has been developed in collaboration with some of Australia's leading academic institutions.

About The Role
We’re looking for an experienced graphic designer to join Bodd, supporting the marketing and sales departments in developing high-quality, visually engaging creatives. As a designer, you’ll work across a variety of deliverables including digital marketing assets, website, printed assets for trade shows and events, branded presentations, animations and motion graphics, and both internal and external branding materials.
This is a 6-month contract , working 2 days per week with flexible hours.
To be successful in this role, you’ll be passionate about great design and have experience in developing and executing impactful visual concepts, and leveraging design tools and technology to improve creative output and productivity.

Responsibilities
At Bodd, every day looks different and we work collaboratively to deliver rapid outcomes to our clients across the globe. If you join us, you’ll be responsible for the following tasks:
- Plan, design, and deliver marketing assets: Own the development of branded visuals across everything from digital marketing and website landing pages through to presentation decks, campaign materials, and printed materials for events.
- Create engaging motion designs: Develop short animations and motion graphics for use in presentations, event displays, and various video content
- Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints: Maintain and evolve our brand identity, ensuring internal and external branding materials such as templates, business cards, and style guides are kept up-to-date.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors: Work closely with marketing and sales, videographers, and customer partners to deliver high-quality visual content.
- Administration of marketing channels: Manage and schedule timely delivery of content across various marketing channels, such as EDMs or social media.
- Manage multiple projects at once: You’ll be able to handle multiple design requests to support the needs of a fast-paced business, and can translate complex concepts into clean, compelling visuals for a range of different industries and audiences.
- Demonstrated portfolio showcasing digital and print design for a range of clients
- Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma - you’ll be confident working with components and setting up clean, organised files
- Strong presentation design skills in Google Slides
- Understanding of print production and the ability to follow artwork guidelines
- Someone who understands brand tone and can execute work that feels on-brand and consistent from the get-go, while staying bold in developing new ideas and continuously elevating our brand
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage shifting priorities and tight deadlines
- Experience designing for Hubspot email campaigns and website pages
- Keen interest in leveraging AI and emerging technology to deliver high-quality outputs
