The Queensland Revenue Office have multiple exciting opportunities within the Fine Administration and Management Division (FAM) as an AO4 Fine Resolution Officer. In these roles you will support a team of officers and be responsible for the administration and management of fines in Queensland. Your typical day as a Fine Resolution Officer may include:
- Providing timely, helpful and supportive service to staff and clients
- Handling complex client enquiries and complaints with professionalism and care
- Quality assurance of fine administration processes
- Reviewing and actioning administration requests and escalations.
- Prioritise projects and tasks efficiently, in line with team commitments.
- Be able to apply your knowledge and skills to solve problems collaboratively.
- Demonstrate respect and appreciation for legislation and policy frameworks by consistently operating to key standards.
