Several exciting opportunities exist for Radiation Therapists in The Adem Crosby Centre.Sunshine Coast Health is in southeast Queensland and extends through the coastal and hinterland areas from Caloundra in the south and Gympie in the north.

As a result of long-term leave, multiple fixed term temporary full-time and part-time positions exist in Cancer Care Services of up to 12-months duration, with the possibility of extension.
Successful candidates will join a diverse team, working across both treatment and planning, to provide excellent radiation therapy services to oncology patients.
This position is to provide routine radiation therapy services within a diverse team of radiation therapists with various skills and abilities to oncology patients whilst working as a member of a team in the following clinical areas: Radiation Therapy Treatment and Radiation Treatment Planning.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Provide routine services in a radiation therapy treatment or planning unit/s.
* Apply clinical knowledge and skills to routine decision making under clinical practice supervision, commensurate with experience.
* Adhere to working practices and standards that provide for safely delivered radiation therapy treatment, including; safe operation of equipment to avoid electrical, mechanical or radiation hazard to patients, staff and others.
Remuneration value up to $132,567 p.a., comprising salary between $3030.00- $4453.50 p.f. (f/t) or salary rates $39.86 - $58.59 p.h. (p/t), employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (HP3) (Fixed Term Temporary full time, 76 hrs p.f. &/or part time positions available for up to 12 months).
