Competitive salary and benefits:
We offer attractive remuneration packages and generous leave entitlements.
* Salary range: $3481.60 to $3835.70 p.f. (AO4)
* 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
* 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
* Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available

You will have the opportunity to lead specific projects, use your initiative, and work independently as you manage and coordinate the daily functioning of the Allied Health Governance Office for the Executive Director Allied Health.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as an Executive Assistant would be highly regarded.
* High standard of administrative and organisational skills, and ability to prepare complex documents, agendas, minutes, briefs demonstrating advanced computer skills utilising the appropriate software.
* Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a multi-disciplinary team, and use discretion in the absence of decision makers to manage operations, meet deadlines and organise work priorities.
* Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills to allow effective liaison with a range of health service personnel and to work within a team environment.
* Demonstrated ability to critically analyse information and data, and relate to best practice.
