A great opportunity exists to join the Customer Service Team to provide efficient and effective customer service to our residents, visitors and organisation. This role offers a unique opportunity to work as part of the Lowood QGAP branch which provides some Department of Transport and Main Road Services including registration renewals and more.
The position will be required to cover the following shifts at the Lowood and Esk Customer Service Centre :
· Week 1 – Monday (Lowood), Wednesday (Lowood) and Friday (Esk)
· Week 2 – Monday (Lowood), Tuesday (Esk) and Wednesday (Lowood)
To be successful in this rewarding role, you will have:
· Exceptional customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
· Previous administration and cash handling experience
· Ability to work effectively as part of a team
· Ability to work with sensitive and confidential information.
