About the Role:
The Exams and Results Officer provides support and assistance in delivering services related to examinations, results, student progress, special consideration, and graduation ceremony support.
An example of the duties you may perform are:
- Provide a range of high-quality Exams, Results, Student Progress and Special Consideration process support, including but not limited to the administration of offshore exam processes, special consideration applications, student progress show cause panel documentation, VE employer verifications, result amendments for both sectors and process support in all major team activities, etc.
- Provide operational support with the higher education and VET Results ratification processes
- Monitor and action Rightnow - CRM incidents and our generic inbox account regarding results and exam enquiries
- Attend exams and VU Melbourne graduation ceremonies when required to support administrative and operational activities as directed.
This is a part time (0.6FTE), continuing position at a HEP Level 5 classification with salary range of $76,459 - $87,825 per annum (pro rata), plus 17% employer superannuation contributions.
About You:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Well-developed administrative and time management skills
- Well-developed verbal and written communication, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Demonstrated experience in having used online systems such as Student One or Oracle Service Cloud.
