St Patrick’s College Ballarat is inviting expressions of interest for the role of Year Level Leader, commencing in 2026 for a four-year term.
This key Position of Leadership requires a passionate and dedicated educator who can foster a strong sense of community and wellbeing among students, while upholding the Catholic identity of the College.
The successful applicant will demonstrate proven leadership experience, with strengths in pastoral care, team development, communication, and strategic planning, to support the holistic growth and engagement of students within their year level.
St Patrick’s College is a Catholic day and boarding school for boys in Years 7 to 12. Step 2: Panel Interview
- St Patrick's College will select applicants who will progress to panel interview stage
- Panel interview will be held at St Patrick's College
Step 3: Reference Checking
- Following panel interview, preferred candidates will be referenced checked
Step 4: Appointment
