- Collaborating with managers and stakeholders to design and implement effective models of care that meet community needs.
- Leading workforce development initiatives to ensure the delivery of outstanding patient care.
What We’re Looking For:
To be successful in this role, you’ll need to:
- Hold a recognised qualification in Occupational Therapy and be eligible for full membership with the Occupational Therapy Professional Association.
- Possess the skills and experience required to provide leadership and guidance in a clinical setting.
- Have a passion for continuous improvement and be committed to shaping the future of allied health services.
- Ideally, you’ll also participate in a professional development program to maintain and enhance your skills.
