Reporting to the Manager, Audit Risk and Compliance, you will play a key role in supporting the effective management of OHS systems and maintaining compliance across all safety-related processes.

Key OHS Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records in the OHS Management System.
  • Support the collection, entry, and analysis of safety data.
  • Assist in developing safety procedures and coordinating training.
  • Provide administrative support for incident investigations and safety audits.
  • Generate reports and assist in OHS communications.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure workplace incidents and inspections are followed up appropriately.
We’re looking for someone with:
  • Certificate IV in Business (Administration) or equivalent qualification or at least 2 year’s relevant office experience.
  • Strong administrative, data management, and coordination skills.
  • A working knowledge of OHS principles and relevant legislation (desirable)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint).
  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage sensitive information.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach, with excellent communication skills.
  • Experience using OHS management or reporting systems (desirable)
