About the Role
- We’re looking for a proactive, confident, and highly organised Executive Assistant to support the Director of a growing NDIS support services business. You’ll be the right hand to the founder—handling communications, coordinating with external providers, and managing admin tasks so she can focus on strategic growth.
- This is not a traditional assistant role. You’ll be empowered to run with tasks independently, make decisions, and manage projects with minimal oversight.
Key Responsibilities
Manage email inbox and calendar, including scheduling and follow-upsMake phone calls and liaise with marketing agencies, website developers, auditors, and IT providersDraft and send professional emails and responses on behalf of the DirectorTrack progress across multiple projects and ensure deadlines are metOrganise documents and maintain SharePoint or other systemsPrepare summaries, comparison tables, and reports to support decision-makingHandle confidential information with discretionYou’ll Thrive in This Role If You:
Have experience supporting founders or executives in startups or small businessesAre confident making decisions and communicating professionally on behalf of othersLove organising chaos into clarity and systemsAre tech-savvy and comfortable using tools like SharePoint, Xero, Employment Hero, and Shiftcare (or willing to learn)Can work independently and take initiative without needing constant directionBonus Skills (Not Required but Valued)
Experience in NDIS, healthcare, or complianceFamiliarity with marketing or IT coordinationProject management or operations experience
