The Administration Officer, Roma Western Qld, provides quality, confidential administrative support and participate as a team member within the Board Office to ensure tasks are delivered in a timely and quality manner including the provision of telephone support, assisting with meeting preparations, correspondence, diaries and appointments, minutes, photocopying and duties as appropriate.
