What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting young people with daily routines, care, and activities
- Building positive relationships based on trust and respect
- Creating safe, structured therapeutic environments
- Responding calmly to challenges and behavioural needs
- Working collaboratively on individualised care plans
What You’ll Bring
- Completed, currently studying, or willing to enrol in a Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention (or a relevant qualification).
- Full Australian Driver’s License, First Aid and CPR Certificate
- NDIS Worker Screening and Working with Children Check
- Empathy, resilience, and a solutions-focused mindset
- Availability across a range of shifts, including weekends and overnights

Your availability
- Successful candidates must be available to work a combination of day, afternoon/evening, sleepover (SO), and weekend shifts.
- Shifts are scheduled in 8-hour blocks: 6am–2pm, 2pm–10pm + sleepovers.
