At Green Leaves Early Learning, our unique National Learning, Research, and Development Program (NLRDP) is at the heart of our commitment to supporting our teams in their professional development.   • Access to unlimited information and resources via our new NLRDP Communication and Resource platform on ‘PADLET’
  • Access to the Creative Collection Arts and Materials with Children training program (delivered by Kelly Goodsir and Kirsty Liljegren)
  • Access to the ‘Learning Leaves’ Documentation training delivered by our Pedagogy Partner
  • On-call and online access to our Inclusion Mentoring Team led by Robyn Papworth
  • The opportunity to apply for and participate in our exclusive Annual New Zealand Study Tour
  • Access to our Green Leaves Learning Tree Scholarship fund, which allows you to attend professional learning and networking across Australia.

About You:



  • Proven masterful mentoring skills
  • An ACECQA-approved Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care qualification, or higher
  • A current and SA Working with Children's Check
  • Current SA Child Protection Training (or willingness to obtain upon)
  • Current Current HLTAID012 First Aid Certificate and CPR (or willing to obtain)
