About the Role
An exciting opportunity exists for someone with a background in customer service to join our growing team in Belmont, WA. The Project Coordinator is responsible for the management and overall success of the Client Portfolio and is accountable for the end-to-end operational performance of the Client. Responsibilities relate to Revenue and Margin results as well as Quote Success activity. They will:
- Work in close partnership with Supervisors, Estimators and Trades
- Coordinate reinstatement works and schedule appointments
- Prepare job-specific documentation, reports, quotes and invoices
- Regularly update systems and all stakeholders
- Submit reports and quotes
- Ensure repairs are completed in line with our internal and clients' service level agreements
Knowledge and Experience
- Previous experience as a Project Administrator or Project Coordinator is desirable
- Previous experience in interacting with multiple stakeholders at different levels
- Experience in the insurance repair industry, facilities management or construction industry is advantageous
As the insurance building sector is heavily influenced by insurable weather events, overtime is occasionally required during these event times.
