Our client is a growing boutique firm with a national footprint. They have an established and diverse client base ranging from start-ups to ASX-listed entities across an array of industry sectors, thus providing exposure to challenging and meaningful cases.
About the role:

This exciting opportunity will be involved in complex M&A transactions and large commercial property developments. You will enjoy working independently whilst playing an important role in the coaching and mentorship of junior lawyers.
  • Collaborate with the team to handle corporate and transactional matters.
  • Provide accurate and thorough legal advice to clients.
  • Draft and review commercial, corporate, and construction contracts.
  • Work unsupervised on complex corporate / M&A transactions.
Key Highlights:
  • Salary range @ $130 000 - $150 000 per annum.

Key Experience & Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years PAE with admission to practice in Victoria.
  • Strong experience in Corporate / M&A matters is essential.
  • Expertise in drafting and reviewing commercial or construction contracts.
  • Solid understanding of legal compliance and corporate issues.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
