About the Position: This is an outstanding opportunity for a Personal Injury Lawyer with 3+ years of experience to take a meaningful step forward in their legal career. You’ll work directly with two highly experienced and well-regarded practitioners who are passionate about what they do and take pride in mentoring others. Their enthusiasm for both client care and team development makes this an ideal environment for lawyers seeking long-term career satisfaction.
You will manage a mix of personal injury matters including:

• Motor vehicle accident claims
• Workplace injuries (WorkCover)
• Public liability and slip-and-fall cases

This role is ideal for someone who wants to progress professionally in a supportive team that values people just as much as results.
Key Requirements:

• At least 3 years of post-admission experience in personal injury law
• Proven ability to manage files and communicate effectively with clients
• A collaborative, team-oriented mindset
• Passion for learning and a desire to grow into senior roles
