Intro Recruitment Solutions is working closely with an industry leading companies who specialise in commercial and fit out based projects with custom designs for refurbishment in multiple industries including small commercial fit out, hospital refurbishment, aged care projects and Residential Builds.
With several new projects commencing across Brisbane, the Gold Coast, and surrounding areas, exciting opportunities are now available for motivated Carpenters seeking to advance their careers. Our clients are reputable and well-established construction companies who are looking to develop the right candidates into Leading Hand Carpenters and Site Managers.
Candidate duties will include:

• General Carpentry
• Leading Hand Positions
• Working alongside Site Managers and Project Coordinators to meet deadlines, contract and project time frames
• OH&S
• Subcontractor site inductions
• Manage small teams of carpenters and subcontractors

Candidate Skills and Qualifications will include:

• Trade Qualification in Carpentry
• 3 years industry experience
• Strong commercial experience
• Insurance experience highly recommended
• High attention to detail, pride in workmanship and ability to work autonomously
• Full set of own carpentry tools
• Any construction based Qualifications or degree highly sort after but not necessary

Fulltime packages will be negotiable based on experience however will potentially include the below:

• $100K + Salary with career progression
• Work Vehicle
• Travel Allowance
• Meal Allowance
• Phone and computer
