About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Chef to lead the large culinary team across multiple outlets. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to a passionate professional who can drive creativity, maintain high food standards, and lead from the front. You'll work closely with senior management on strategy, menu innovation, and team development.
Key responsibilities include:

Overseeing daily kitchen operations across all outlets

Menu design, costing, and implementation of seasonal changes

Managing, mentoring, and developing a team of up to 15 chefs and kitchen staff
-
Ensuring compliance with food safety and WHS regulations
-
Collaborating with the GM to deliver budgeted GP and labour targets
-
Leading functions and events catering with creativity and consistency
Your Skills and Experience:
-
Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Head Chef in a large, fast-paced venue
-
Strong leadership, mentoring, and team-building skills
-
High-level understanding of P&L, cost control, stock management, and labour rostering
-
Ability to manage high-volume service with quality and consistency
-
Creativity in menu development, catering for a broad demographic
