Description:

Our client is a rapidly growing private psychology practice in Henley Beach, SA. They are an experienced team of 12 clinicians spread across two clinics to meet growing demand for psychology services in South Australia, and are actively looking for a Psychologist to join their team.

• Highly Tailored Caseload: High volumes of referrals from local GPs, self-referrals, schools, NDIS and more mean you can fully customise your mix of therapy and assessment work.
• Remuneration Options: Earn $120-160 per session on a 60/40 split, or take home a salary of $90-110k + super on an employee basis.
• Administration Support: A dedicated reception and admin team handle booking, rescheduling, billing and reminder tasks so you can focus on client care.
• Collaborative Team Environment: Work alongside Senior Psychologists, Provisional Psychologists and a supportive Practice Manager in regular peer-review meetings.

• Work / Life Balance: Flexibility to manage your caseload, offering options for part-time, school-hours only or full-time contracts.

Your duties will include:

• Providing tailored therapy and psychological assessments to a mixed caseload (children, adolescents and adults).
• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with referring doctors, schools and allied health practitioners.
• Upholding rigorous legal and ethical standards: accurate case notes, file management and AHPRA compliance.

Requirements / Skills:

• Tertiary qualification in Psychology (Honours or higher).
• AHPRA registration.
• Unrestricted Australian working rights.
• Valid Working With Children Check and Police Clearance.
• Experience in paediatric therapy and cognitive assessments highly regarded.
