About the role

The Administration Officer provides high standard and confidential client-focused services and support. The position acts as the face of the Healthy Kids Clinic, greeting and triaging all clients and visitors and working closely with the clinic team to meet the needs of clients.

The position provides high level administrative support to the Healthy Kids Clinic, including existng and future developed programs located within Child Health Engagement Team.

To be considered for this position, you will require:

  • Certificate IV in Business Administration or similar OR previous experience working in a high activity receptionist or administrative role
  • Ability to maintain high level of privacy and confidentiality
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to meet multiple deadlines and work while under pressure
  • Strong computer skills with experience in Microsoft Suite
  • Willingness, ability and appropriate levels of health and fitness to travel to and work from remote locations
  • NT Drivers Licence or the ability to obtain
