Job Description

We are looking to grow our ACT team and an opportunity has become available for a Team Leader to help us achieve this goal. You will provide leadership and direction to your team of rehabilitation consultants, and engage with customers, whilst maintaining a caseload of your own.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing leadership and coaching to consultants
  • Overseeing the team's performance and quality
  • Building strong relationships with customer and other stakeholders
  • Exploring new opportunities and growth areas
  • Undertaking a range of assessments and case work
Qualifications

What you'll bring to the role

  • Qualifications and registration in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Social Work, or Rehabilitation Counselling
  • At least 2 years experience in workers compensation, rehabilitation and occupational health and safety legislation
  • A willingness to travel (Current Vehicle and Drivers Licence compulsory)
  • A confident approach towards engaging with multiple stakeholders such as insurers, medical practitioners, employers, colleagues and employees
  • An inclusive and integrative attitude towards engaging with the many diverse cultural groups that make up the society in which we live and work
  • A passion for mentoring and coaching
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills
  • Determination to consistently provide a high level of customer service to large customers
  • A keen sense of punctuality and the effective ability to manage your time
