Our exclusive client is seeking a driven and hands-on Store Manager to take charge of a busy retail branch in Cockburn. Responsibilities

• Lead daily retail operations with a focus on customer service and team development

• Manage store and workshop performance - drive results and KPIs

• Build a positive team culture and provide ongoing coaching

• Oversee stock processes, compliance, and special order requests

• Analyse monthly P&Ls and take ownership of financial performance

• Maintain a safe and inclusive work environment

What We're Looking For:

• Strong leadership background in a retail or service environment

• Comfortable working with budgets, P&Ls and KPIs

• A team player who leads by example and builds trust

• Organised and detail-focused with strong follow-through

• Passion for customer satisfaction and creating positive store experiences

• Willingness to learn technical areas - full training provided

• Experience in large format, high-volume retail operations highly regarded
