Description:
The Exchange Hotel Deniliquin is seeking an experienced full time cook / chef. We operate from Tuesday to Saturday each week providing quality pub meals from 5.30pm - 8.30pm. The sucessful applicant will be able to:-
Work unsupervised in the daily prep for each nights meal service.
Provide management will accurate stock requirements for ordering.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Be able to prepare approximately 30 meals per hour with minimal assistance. Additional support will be provided when busy.
Be able to supervise junior kitchen staff / dish washers and lead by example.
Be open to change, we operate in a 7 pub town. Our ability to adapt quickly and efficiently is key to our success.
Temporary accomodation available onsite for candidates moving to Deniliquin.
