Join to apply for the Territory Sales Manager NSW role at Artivion, Inc.
- 3–5 years of experience in the cardiac and vascular industry, with endovascular case support required
- Experience in cardiac surgery product sales preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Life Sciences) or equivalent professional experience
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and high-performing environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented mindset
- Clinical confidence and communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels
- High level of self-discipline, responsibility, and organizational strength
- Willingness to work flexible hours and manage emergency patient needs
- Ability to travel extensively across the assigned territory
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

- Achieve revenue and market share targets for the Cardiac Surgery (e.g., Evita Open Neo, AMDS) and Endovascular portfolio
- Provide exceptional clinical and technical support to customers and internal teams
- Deliver effective training for distributors and hospital staff
- Build strong relationships with KOLs and key decision makers in your territory
- Plan and execute in-territory marketing activities, adapting to virtual formats when needed
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Distributor teams to drive competitive differentiation
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs (clinical and economic) to deliver tailored value solutions
- Continuously monitor and report on competitor activity and implement strategic countermeasures
